Environmental protection
We specialize in environmental impact assessments and our services include the following activities:
· preparation of the Elaboration on Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA);
· preparation of Strategic Environmental Impact Assessments (SEAs),
· preparation of Environmental and Social Impact Assessment Studies (ESIA) in accordance with international standards, including compliance with IUCN guidelines;
· preparation of the Social Aspects and Environmental Management Plan (ESMP);
· preparation of the Management Plan for environmental protection and contractors’ society (CESMP);
· Development of the Action Plan for Biodiversity Management (BAP);
· Preparation of the Biodiversity Zero State Study;
· We monitor biodiversity in the phase of functioning of facilities;
· Creation of hazardous and non-hazardous waste management plans;
· Development of a social aspect management plan for infrastructure projects (SMP)
Energy efficiency
We perform energy audits of buildings and provide a presentation of energy, financial and environmental benefits, which are classified by package of measures.
We calculate the energy characteristics using the MEEC software version 0.8.1618, which is based on the DIN V 18599 standard.
We provide services during the preliminary and detailed energy inspection of buildings, which includes: preparation, review, description of the existing condition and identification of measures, energy calculations, economic calculations and preparation of the energy inspection report.
We can also provide a technical inspection of various types of buildings and constructions, auditing and technical supervision of electrical installations of power systems.
